About Us

Costa Rican Luxury Vacations was formed in November, 2000 after Tony Silva, a Minnesota native, identified the need for an online travel broker to arrange high end, all-inclusive vacations to Costa Rica.  We are an authorized reseller of Meliá hotels and vacations.

The CRV staff is comprised of North American and Costa Rican young professionals who live full time in Costa Rica.  It may sound corny, but we really love our work!  Our operations are headquartered in a modern home office in the San Jose suburb of Rohrmoser.

We are proud members of the Costa Rican National Tourism Chamber. Click on the link and you'll see us listed as a member under "Viajes Lujosos de Costa Rica" (our corporation name in Spanish).

We love Costa Rica and to help keep it beautiful we donate a percentage of profits to the Organization of Tropical Studies (OET), one of Costa Rica's oldest and most respected non-profit scientific and conservation organizations.
